Cancellations & Reservation Changes
In the event you must cancel or change dates, please note that we cannot refund your advance rental deposit payment unless the property is re-rented for the same time period. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations or change of dates will be subject to our cancellation policies. If the property re-rents, we will refund your advance rental payment. There will be no refunds for early departures.

Please keep in mind that this is our personal home and we are sharing it with our guests.

Smoking Policy Strictly Enforced: Absolutely no smoking inside of the cabin. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction without refund. Ashtrays are provided on the back deck. Please use the utmost care if smoking on the back deck. Please do not leave buts on the grounds of the property.

Fireworks: Fireworks may not be stored or used anywhere on the premises.

Fireplace: Please open flume before starting any fire in fireplace. Use only logs that are provided on property. Take the utmost care in keeping the fireplace as clean as possible. Please close flume after fire is out.

Trash: Place trash in outside receptacle, located under the back deck.

Maintenance and Housekeeping: Every effort is made to have your rental property clean and all equipment and furnishings in good working order. If you find any maintenance or housekeeping problems upon your arrival, please call 608-838-7170 as soon as possible. We will make every effort to correct any problem.

Pets: No pets are allowed on the property. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Grill: Grill is provided on property. Please use only charcoal and use utmost care with hot ashes. Please do not dump ashes on property.

Telephones and Internet: No telephone or internet is provided. Guests are encouraged to bring their own cell phones. Version offers the best cell phone and broadband internet wireless coverage on the mountain.

Power, Water and Satellite Outages: We occasionally experience outages that are beyond our control. We report outages as they occur. No refunds will be given for any outages.

Supplies: All bed linens, blankets, kitchen towels, bath towels, dishes, pots and pans, and silverware is provided. Inventory is taken after every guests stay, to ensure that none of the above items are missing. An initial supply of garbage can liners, bath tissue, paper towels and bath soap are provided.

Occupancy and Age Requirements: The maximum number of persons is 8. Children over the age of 6 are counted as an additional person.

Guest Responsibilities and Guest Departure Strictly Enforced: We are very serious about maintaining a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of our guests. We do not rent to groups of teenagers. The guest who signs and accepts this agreement must be a responsible adult over the age of 21. An adult, parent, or guardian must accompany minors under the age of 21 at all times on the property. Upon departure, please place all trash in trash receptacle under back deck. Please clean all dishes and countertops. Please remove all food from refrigerator and grill. Please remove all soiled bed linens and towels and place in laundry area.
